Tho Congregational Congress resolved that the constitution of the future Congregational Control Council lie 400 members, the United &iates and Great Britain supplying 150 each, Canada 20, Australasia 32, South Africa 10, and the rest of the world 3_-. Tho Interim Committee, dealing with all subjects referred to it by tho Council, consists of five members from the United States and Great Britain, two each from Australia and Canada, and one from South Africa.
