SYDNEY FESTIVITIES. United Pres_ Association—By Electrio Telegraph— Copyright. SYDNEY, July 6. The main features of the official reception of tho American Fleet aro as follows:—Official landing at Farm Cove on August 21st; procession in streets and grand review at Centennial Park on August 24th. Fifteen thousand naval and military forces will tako part. The same evening the Governor-Gene-ral gives a dinner, and the men will be entertained. A large programme of minor entertainments has also been arranged.
