Lord Loreburn, the Lord Chancellor, h-as introduced a Ball increasing the colonial members of the Judicial Committee of tih© Privy Council to seven, and giving the Court power to summon as assessors Judges and ex-Judges of India and tho autonomous colonies, in appeals from those countries. In the petitions for specdal leave to appeal in the caeee Tepainot versus llorahokowaka., and Readon versus Sinte, judgment was reserved.
