(Received July 3rd, 10.47 p.m.) BRISBANE, July 3. Two brothere-iiL-law, Sullivan and Wicks, quarrelled at Silver Spur. Sullivan shot Wicks, and battered his head with an axe, and then shot himself doad. Wicke succumbed to his injuries. THE WEATHER. (Received July 4t<h, 1.2 a.m.) SYDNEY, Jiriy 3. Useful rain in coastal districts has checked the heavy frosts.
