» — (press "association- telegram). WELLINGTON, July 1. At the Supreme Court to-day Joseph Zimmerman, who pleaded guilty to having caused actual bodily harm to a member of the crew of the steamer Jessio Burns, was sentenced to three years' imprisonment. / On a charge of theft and false pretences at Ormondville, Ernest Wehr•stedt was sentenced, to two years' imprisonment.
