DEPARTURE OF THE ROYAL PARTY. STRINGENT PRECAUTIONS. (Received June 7th, 4.15 p.m.) LONDON, June 6. King Edward and Queen Alexandra, accompanied by Prinoess Victoria, have started on their visit to the Czar." Their Majesties received a great ovetion at Charing Cross Station in the evening, and sailed at daybreak. They are due at Revel on, Tuesday. Sir Charles Hardingc, Bir John French, end Sir John Fieher accompany the Royal party. Stringent precautions will be adopted for their Majesties' safety at Revil, the cruiser Asia keeping i-he roadetoad dear, and no vessel bemg allowed to enter or leave without a permit. A laTge force of detectives hea arrived at Reval.
