Tho Inter-State Eiglit-oar Race resulted :—Now South Wales 1, Victoria 2, Tasmania 3. New South Wales led all tho way, and won by a length and a quarter. South Australia, West Australia and Queensland also competed, and finished in tho older named. Time, 14min 29 l-ssec. Tho Amateur Sculling Championship resulted: —Jack (Tasmania) 1, Drasch (Victoria) 2, J. Towns (New South Wales) 3. Jack won easily. Time, 17min 51Jsec.
