In tire Reichstag there was read for the third time tho Bill providing .for the construction of 900 miles of railway in the German African colonies, at a cost of seven and a half million sterling; also the Bill authorising the payment of a grant of £11,500 to tho North German Lloyd's for tho Austra-lian-Japanese steam line.
