If "the decieioai ■is to stand, we refuse to accept tho responsrbility of tbe navigation of our vessels. feel inclined to -withdraw from our ehLps until the owners agree to accent the respcr.sibility for the heavy costs that uiny be given against us, as in the case of the Moonih." *
