The fall of a crane caused "the collapse of the roof of a building being erected at Ultimo. A dozen mem were buried and six of them were injured, though nono seriously. * FOUNDERING OF THE BEGA. (Received May 7th, 9.29 p.m. SYI>NEY, May 7. In tho Marino Court of Enquiry into the foundering of the Bega the Master, Captain Bishop, gave evidence that tho steamer had recently been overhauled at a cost of £2000, and was in good condition and well found. He could not account for the foundering, unless it was that sho sprang a leak. AVREOK OF A BARQUE. The Underwriters' Association is advised that tho barque Italia has been wrecked at Valparaiso, bound from Newcastle to Iquique, coal laden.
