After a hearing lasting thirty-three days, and involving legal expenses of £70,000, the King's Bench. Division has awarded Isidore Wyler and the Ibo and Ny&ssaland Corporation £62,472 damages against Lowis and Marks and ether members of the Corporation, except Sir Robert Edgecumbe, for alleged conspiracy, causing the loes of concessions estimated to bo worth a quarter of a million sterling. Weatherly, another member of the Corporation, was, e&rlior, dismissed from the case. An appeal .has been entered.
