"Thoro must even-; ituiilly be a larjjo export of live stock from the Dominion, especially in resnect to Clydesdale horees and sheep of tho meat-producing classes," ho f-aid. Mr Kingsland continued that there would probably be a big demand for Hampshire, Shropshire, Southdown. Border Leicester and Romney Marsh sheep, all of which were popular in the Argentine. Ho had made enquiries in roginl to freights and and had found- that theso compared very favourably with the export rates from England, and n.s the climatic conditions Zealand were similar to those prevailing in tho Argentine this cttmtry should have a distinct advantage.
