Tho water in the new tepid b-tths is and oiwavs will be ever the brown cement bottom a very unsightly raid uninviting colour. This could be reetiSrd by paintinu 'the bottom (now dry) white, with a -very slight green or hlue tinge, as is done in several, of the London o-atlis. It gives the water the colour of sea water, and this appearance would lie intensified at night by the large arc lights. The cost, I imagine, wculd not be great.—Yours, etc. NATATOR.
