Minunar—The nominations for tho Miramar Mayoralty are Mr C J. Crawford, the retiring Major, and Mr !•'. Townsend.

Karori—Mr C. J. Dasent has been elected Maj'or of Karori without opposition.

Gisborn©—Mr "W. D. Lysnar and Dr. Williams have been nominated for the Mayoralty. / Napier--.Mr J. Vigor Brown lias been elected- Mayor of 'Napier for tho second term in succession

New Plymouth—There are three candidates out for tho Mayoralty, viz., Messrs W. A. Collis, Gustavo Tisch, and Fred "Keen interest is likely to l>e taken in tho election.

W.anganui East—Mr J. Jones, th© present Mayor, and Mr It. Nedlson, have been nominated for the Mayoralty of, Wii.aga.uui Eaet.

Feilding—Mr W. J. B. Trewin has been re-elected, unopposed, as Mayor of Feilding, for the third successive year.

Nelson—For tho Mayoralty, ]_•:• Jesse Piper, the sitting Mayor, and Councillor Hampson have been nominated'.

Richmond—Mr Sheats has been re-olc-ctcd Mayor for a second term. Blenheim—Tli© candidates for tho Mayoralty are Mr A. McCallum, tho present Mayor, and Mr E. H. Penny. lnveicai-giil—Mr W. B.
