ITALY'S GRIEVANCE.

ROME, April 21
It is semi-officially ronortcd in Rome that Turkey has conceded Italy tho samo privileges as tho other Powers regarding post offices, and has assured Signor Tittoni of the unshaken sentiments of friendship between tho King of Italy and the Sultan aud the respective Governments.
Signer Tittoni expressed satisfaction, reserved otluer matters for eubseqßrait negotiation, but insisted on tho immediate resumption of pas-senger-and goods service by the Italian mail boat between: Tripoli and Misratah, which was arbitrarily prohibited.
'Hie Italian naval demonstration has been countermanded. The first division has already sailed, but has been ordered to remain whero it now is. Th© others will stay in'ltalian waters until tho wholo question is fully and definitely settled.
