This was a dispute about payment for some plumbing work done for defendants. After hearing the tW parties, the Magistrate gavo judgment j for plaintiff for 15s and costs. John Attywell failed to attend at the Kaiapoi Court to answer a summons for disobeying an order to maintain his wife and family. Tho amount v ir arrears was £51. Mr V. G.
