Lomas, of the Labour Department, -who has just returned from the West Coa&t, states in regard to the dispute over the "bank-to-bank" clause that the miners intend appealing to the Court of Appeal to test the question whether the Arbitration Court's award overrides statute law. As soon «c the holidays are over a writ will probably be taken out.
