THE MONEY MARKET. Three months bills are quoted at 6 per cent., as against 6J per cent. last week. The Bank reto ie unchanged at 7 per cent. COLONIAL AND OTHER PRODUCE. Whoatr—There is littlo change in values, but tiho markets aro nervous. Owing to tho uncertainty of the financial {K»ition, American buyors are not disposed to operate.
