The students at tho University of Aberystwith aro at loggerheads with tho authorities over tho Collego regulations. They withdrew in a body when Sir John Cookbtirn was about to lecturo as the delegato of tho League of Empire. For this and "ragging" on Degree Day the Senate severely reprimanded them, and prohibited many Christmas and other entertainments.
