The former lost three -wickets for 340. Warn© scored 82, 'Mackenzie 51, RansIford 109, Tarrant not out SG, Armstrong not out 36.
Lytteiton played the Australian C.C. team at Lancaster Park yesterday, and had an easy win by four wickets and 130 runs. The scores were:—Lytteiton, first innings, 165 (Mahar 81, Vangioni 36, and Alulgan 19); second innings, 172 for six wickets (Page 49, Vangioni 48 not out, and Jenkins 19). Australians, first innings, 58 (Tate 36); second innings, 144 (Tate 44 and Toon 32). Mahar, Mulgan, and Thomas for Lytteiton, and Owen for Australians, bowled best.
The match Sydenham v. Union was concluded at Lancaster Park on Thuns«lay, and resulted in a win for Sydenham. Scores: — Sydenham, 202 (Moorhouse 137, Frith 33) and 91 (Voyeo 23, Roteon 15, Beescbt 11); Union, 105 (Ford 34, HJueksraan 23, Shrenson 18) and 80 (Ford 22, Palmer 16 not out).
