In the course of hia preiidential address to the Institute of Bankers, Sir Felix Schuster aid he would not expect low rates of money for some little time. He referred to certain indication* of a coming restriction of trade •U over the world, *nd considered that the development of trade h»d proceeded somewhat too rapidly, outstripping the available capital, especially in railway and electrical undertaking*.
