SUPREME COURT.

IN CHAMBERS. At a Chamber sitting of the Supreme Court yesterday Mr Justice Chapman granted probates of the wills of Mary Kanbv (Mr Helmore), Charles Edward Calcutt (Mr Stringer), .John Worgan (Mr Herman), Selina Davidson (Mr Stringer), John Huston (Mr Dougall), and Edward Corbett (Mr Rolle<Jton). A summons to join parties in Anson v. Webb and another was struck out on Mr "Weston's application. Mr Stringer appeared in* support of a summons for a special jury in tho case of O'Donnell v. Sumner Borough Council. Mr Johnston represented the plaintiff. His Honour made an order that the case should be heard by a special jury, and fixed tho hearing for - December 17th. On tha application of Mr Russell, John Mamn, formerly of Akaroa, plumber, who had left New Zealand, was adjudged a bankrupt In thfc case of Barrett v. Mullins an order was made for the payment of costs of all parties out of the estate. Mr Weston appeared in support of the application. An interpleader summons in the case of Ollivier v. Curlew, was allowed to stand over after the irtatcment of defence filed had been struck out by consent. Letted of administration were granted re Samuel Johnson, .deceased (Mr Rhodes) and John Dollan, deceased (Mr Mosley^
