METHODIST SYNOD.
-PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.* BALCLOTHA, November 21. The Otago Methodist Synod met this morning in pastoral session. The Rev 6 A. Mcßean ond V. H. Papakakura were recommended for ordination. The Revs. A. C. Randerson and R. A. Wylie passed in their years. Mr J. Wmiata was recommended for a year's training in the Three Kings College, with a view to his becoming a candidate for the native ministry. With the signing of the Journal the Synod was brought to a close.
