EJECTIONS IN PROGRESS.
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received November 22nd, 12.1 a.m.) PRETORIA, November 21. The Orange River Colony elections aro progressing. The Constitutionalists carried l.loemfontein, winning four seats by largo majorities. They lest th© fifth by two votes. LONDON, November 21. "Th© Times'' says tho Upper House will consist of fivo supporters of the Beer organisation, Orangie Unie, five Constitutionalists, and Mr Steyn's brother-in-law, Mr P. Blignaut, who will hold the balance. The now Council is both strong and representative.
