Mr James Hill, the railway magnate, speaking at Kansas City, admitted tho justice of punishing any corporation offending against the law, but President Roosevelt, he declared, ought to stop his denunciation and wholesalo proscription, which was destroying all credit and justice, besides injuring every business in America.
