MULAI HAFID BADLY DEFEATED. United Press Association—'By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. MOROCCO, November 17. Admiral Philibert telegraphs that the Kaid of Anfloos, on behalf of Abdul Aziz, Sultan of Morocco, defeated Mulai Ha fid at Buriki. Mulai's forces abandoned their arms and baggage. A large number of his followers were killed or wounded.
