Judiie Johnson, Land Purchase Officer, states the- Crown has acquired therein interests totalling 262.3 acroe, and including tho awards made by tho Courtj which sat lust LVxxjirioer, tiip. Crown lias now obtninod <lear titles in respect t« Okailniau, Waipukai, vind thoiand for the. ureas aggregating 7401 acres, and, adding tho area to which tli« Crown is entitled in Waimaramo No. 3 A there will bo over 90,000 acres.available for settlement in. the near future The total area acquired in the Pnkol kora east and -.vest blocks, near Tβ Aute, is 2541 acres.
