Tho Council agreed in the main with the amendments made by tlio House ia the Bills Exchange Act Amendment Bill. The Sea Fisheries Act Amendment Bill was read a second time, ■ committed, repwtod with slight amendments, and finally passed. The Council rose at 10 i>.m.
