4 CHRISTCHURCH CENTRE REBUKED. (srEriAi- to "the press."; DUNEDIN, November 13. At a meeting of the New Zealand Bowling Association, Mr J. Brown (Canterbury) was nominated to bo vice-president. The Cbnstckurch Centre forwarded a copy of the follohvin~ resolution:—•'That tho secretary be instructed to write to the New Zealand Bowling Association disapproving of the patronage of the Association being eiven to any team not selected by the Association, snch teams not being representative of the Association. Mr Miller said it was a piece of impertinence for the Christchurch Centre to attempt to diciato to the Association as to what should be done in regard to this mutter. Furthermore, the letter lacked the signature of the secretary. It might be v proper thing for one Centre to write to other Centres on the matter first, mid Then to the Council, b.it the Chrmohurch Centre had no right to its<>lf dictate te the Couucil.
