AISOTHER COMPANY FORMED. WARNING AND COUNTER WARNING. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received November 12th, 10.10 p.m.) LONDON, "November 12. A new Druoe-Portland Company, with a capital of £25,000, has boon formed, and is issuing shares to' the value of £20,000. It acquires the rights of John Sheridan, who, under agreements with George Holkniby Druoe and T. K. V. Coburn, claims 10 per cent, of any proceeds accruing to George Hollamby Druoe from the Portland, Howard, and de Woldon estates. Oeorge Hollamby Druce warns the puHio that he has disposed of the whole of his righta to G. H. Druce, Limited. Tho Druce-Portland Company warns the newspapers circulating Druce's warning statements that these are libellous. The prospectus suggests that Sheridan's interest is worth £1,600,000.
