At a meeting of the General Ezecatire of the Canterbury Farm Labourers' Union on Saturday night (Mr J. A. McCuliough in the chair), it itm decided to recommend the branches to pass the following resolution,: "That the Canterbury Farm Labourer* , Union strongly protest* against the arbitrary suspension of Mr J. A. MoCallouh from duty in the Addington workshops, and that we demand the complete remoral of all regulation* restricting tho ciril and politioal rigkt* of OiTil Sorvente."
