Tlie debut of the clever child violinist, Florence Scapens, will be mado at a concert to be given under the patronage of Lady Plunket, Mm A. E. G. Rhodes, the Mayor, Bishop Grimes, and Mr A. Kayo at the Alexandra Hall on Thursday, tho 24th inst. Tho items on the programmo besides those by the debutante will be contributed by Mrs Burns, Misses Riroa Young, and Ruby Edgar, Messrs Vincent, March, and the Cathedkr*! Quartette. Misses Katie and Ritna \oung and Miss Iris Egan. will act as accompwiists. Tho plan of reserved 6eats is now open at tho Dresden.
