The animal meeting of the Tai Tapu Cricket Club wu held in the Tai Tapu Hall on Wednesday. Mr A. <0. Maxwell presided,, and there was a good attendance. ' The following officers were elected:—Patron: Mr R. Heaton Rhodes, M.H:R.;: president: Mr R. Macartney; vice-president*: Messrs J. Mackenzie, J. Michael.'R. A. Forbes, X; Rainey, C. M. Suckling, F. Hubbard, Beadel, Pannetj iand J. Herrick; captain: Mr E. Ryde; vice-captain: Mr D. Oldridge; secretary, Mr A. Larcombe; treasurer: Mr> A. C. .Maxwell; selection committee, Messrs E. Ryde, D. Oldridge and Reid ;~ delegates to Suburban Association :• Messrs E. Rydo and A. O. Maxwell,* .general committee : Messrs Ryde, Oldridge, Larcombo. Maxwell, Qrimths, Mackenzie, Strnchan, Pannet. Hubbard and J; Champion; scoror: Mr J,. 'Griffithe. H Tias decided'that Tuesdays and Thursdays be practice nights, and members' subscriptions were fixed at five shillings.
