SINN FEINERS HOWL DOWN MR REDMOND.

United Prese Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, September 5. Mr Redmond was continually interrupted whilst addressing a Home Rule meeting in tho Dublin Mansion House. The Sinn Feiners outside votod by acclamation that they had no confidence in tho Irish Parliamentary Party, and tried to storm the Mansion House. Many were injured during conflicts with the police, and three were removed to the hospital. The police protected Nationalist Members of tho House of Commons es they emerged from the Mansion House. CONSTABULARY STRENGTHENED. (Received September 6th, 9.51 p.m.) LONDON, September 6. The Irish Constabulary hoe been considerably strengthened.
