SYDENHAM v. REEFTON.
This game was played at Reofton. Sydenham won by two goals (scored by B'allinger) to nil. Owing to tbe receni. hearv rains, tho ground was to a large extent under water, and this fact prevented good play.
A match was played on the Polo grounds on Thurscby between teams representing Ballantvne's and Black Beattie's, and resulted in a win for Black. Beattie's by one goal to nil F. Sendalls scored. Mr D. Allison was referee.
