CIVIL SESSIONS.
The. civil sittings of the Supreme Court were continued yesterday before Mr Justice Chapman. CLAIM FOR INJUNCTION.
Tho hearing of thevcaee of Cameron v Wangh end Reid, a claim for £50 damages and an injunction restnining the defendants from leading drainago water on to the plaintiff's land, at Ashburtou Forks, was continued, Mr Wfluing appearing tor tho plaintiff, and Mr l'urne'l for tho defendants. Oharlcti Reid, one of the defendants, said that the drain complained of with a natiiiiil watercourse, fed by a series of springs. Th«> plaintiff and tho defendant Wangh were recalled to give rebuttina evidence. Ijogfll argument was reserved until his Honour had inspected the site of the drain comnllined of.
