SPECIAL REPORTS PREPARED.
( A epecial meeting of tie City Council's Abattoir Oommittee was held yesterday afternoon, when Mr H. S. Kyle's report on the condition of the abattoirs was considered. It was resolved to eubmit this, together with a report from the oommittee, to the Council at the v/ouncil'e ordinary meeting on Mond«T evening next. '
