The bureau of the Social Revolutionary party has resolved that owing to the Government's continuous policy or terrorism and massacres, terrorist acts ftgainet high officials ought to be continued. It advisee an active boycotting of the Duma ©lections, tho blowing up of electoral assemblies, and l the deatf tiction of lists of electors. A frceh plot againrt. the life of the Czar has been at St. Petersburg, audi several arrests hare been made.
