THE VALUE OF A NEW ZEALAXr ASSOCIATION. (BPICIAX TO "THB r-RBSS.") DUNEDIN, July 26. It is stated that the abolition of the duty on imported British motor carwill make a difference of over £40 in tho price of even small cars. The Bee retary of the Otago Motoring Association says the formation of a New Zealand Association will mean incalculable advantage to motorists in regard to road formation and the construction of necessary bridges. Otago and Canterbury had done all in their power to u¥ *, r i ve J „ in Sonth Canterbury bridged, but all in vain. In the hope of being able to bring pressure to bear on this and other matters two dolegates leave to-morrow to attend the Conference of New Zealand Motorists
