While eoine- did better in the written •work and others in the oral, there was not one 'who did not show sufficient theoretical as well as practical ability, and in consequence 1 am able to recommend the whole of them for a pass, a course whirh is without precedent in my experience. I must in particular draw attention to No. 31 (Miss Charlotte- E. Warillo) one of tho medallion pupils, who beyond tho flight omission in one of the answers in the oral work, -was practically faultless, and secured 199 marks out of 200. Excellent work was also done by NoS-. •> (Mi-sa Mabel Oaygill) and 15 (Wise Violet M. Harawm). and by Nos. 33 (Mrs A. J. Pooh in), and 11, (Mies Rosalie T. Gresham), for the first examination, but a namber of others Tvere very cfc*>e behind these. I must congratulate both the clase and its instructor on the very eucceesful examination."
