Sir Henry Wrixon was re-elected President of the Legislative Council, and Mr Madden Speaker of the Asec.iibly. lIOBART, July 9. Parliament opened today. The speech from the ihrone referred to the flourishing condition o»f the finances. It the estimate oi the revenue to be retiiriied by the Commonwealth was realised, free education would be grained.
