THE ANNUAL REPORT. LONDON, July 4. The report of tho National Bank of New Zealand shows a profit of £87,400. A dividend of 10 per cont. nnrl a bonus of '2 per cent, are declared. Tho directors have added to the Premises Account £10,000, to the Reserve Account £25,000, and have carried forward £10,318.
