The general secretary (Mr G. Stoning) outlined the plan of the campaign. Ho read a telegram conveying greeting from the combined V.M.C.A secretaries in New Zealand and stated that Mr Lymau L. Fierce, organising secretary for Australasia, expected to reach Wellington on August 31st, when simultaneous campaigns would bo commenced in Chris+-chuTx-h and Dunedin. Immediately on their conclusion a eimilar campaign will be inaugurated in Auckland. Arrangements will be made so that subscriptions to tho fund may ba spread over a lengthy period.
