MELBOURNE, July 5. Under tho now mail contract a clause will bo inserted for a price to tako in ports in all the States of tho Commonwealth, with special mention of Brisbane. (Received July 6th, 12.40 a.m.) Particulars of the new mail contract are promiet-d for to-morrow. The deposit, which was £2uoo under the old contract, has been inereaeed to £10,000, and the successful tenderer will have to,give bonds of £15,0C0 tor the completion of the contract.
