The following is the Annual Report and balance-sheet of the Bank of-New Zealand for the year ended March 31st :— 'The profits, after providing for expenses of management, all bad unu doubtful debte, and after making provision for an annual donation to the Provident Fund and for a bonus to the staff, are £3_o,«<co 10s 7d.
