Tlie attendanoe «t Rangiora stock sole was larger than usual yesterday. Tlie stock entry was 2700 sheep, 50 cattle, and 200 pigs. The strike at the freezing works affected the entry of fat stock and the ealos. Priors were:—Fat lambs 14s 3d, fat wethers 13a to 10s lid, fat ewfw 7s, 10s to 12s Gd; store 1.-iruW* fts Gd to 10s; small lambs la to 3s 3d; store ewes, six and eigbt-tooth, to 13s Id; "potters" ls 6d to 2s Bd. Cattle— Beef, equal to 21s to 24e per 1001b; fiat steers £6 6h to £7 2s Gd; fat oow*» to £6 fits • store heifers to £4; calves 7s 6d to 10s, small do. _» 6d to 3*; springers £.3 12s 6<l to £6 28 Gd. I'jpj.-—Baconcre 40.* to 535; porkena, 30s to 39a Gd; forward stores 18a 6d to 28s; suckers 8s to 14a. In tho prodtloe yards prices were:— Woolly fiheepfikins lis 6d; pelts 4m 9d; lambskins 6s Id; halfbred wool lid per lb: three-rjuarterbred 10"rd: lambswool 9Jd; pieces Gd. Poultry—Roosters 6e per pair, lvns 2s; pulkis 4e 6d>, CWokwh<>*t 2a lid per bushel; oats 2ft 4d; barley 3e; peaa 3e; pigmeal 7s 6d per sack; ryegrass seed 3s 6d per bushel; clover wed 4d per lb. Potatoes i-d to 3d per lb; apples, 2s 6d per case; pluma Id per lb.
