MAGMA HON *6 DRAMATIC SEASON
Tlie three weeks' dramatic season which Messrs Macmahon inaugurate at the Theatre Royal to-morrow evening seems destined to prove more than ordinarily attractive. The company, consisting of twenty-eight well-known Australian and New Zealand favourites, arrive from Wellington this morning. A large advance staff of mechanists have 'lnen actively engaged for some days past, preparing for the first performance in Christchurch of the eminently attractive I/ondon Adelphi play. "Tlie Price of Sin," the piece selectcel for the opening night. A Northern exchange, speaking of a recent performance of this singularly successful drama, said " 'The Price of Sin' is unquestionably one of the best constructed plays yet presented to New Zealand playgoers."
