The Publio Trustee, as executor of the estate of the late Sir Alfred Cadman, wrote to the Now Plymouth HaTbour Board to-d«y, asking that the Board's ironsand lease be extended fewone year, as he wes mot quite ready to comply with the conditions specified by January 25th, 1907. "I hope shortly," he wrote, "to complete the formation of a company to work both the Ironsand and Parapara leasee, but it will take time." The Board unanimously granted the extension asked for. NELSON, December 21. Information has been received here that the Parapara iron lease held by the Public Truistee <m behalf of the late Sir Alfred Cadman's estate has changod hands, and has been purchased t«y « Christchurch syndicate. The company is te be floated ,in New Zealand at tho minimum subscription of seven hundred and fifty thousand pounds.
