Mr H J. Feldwick, only son of the Hon H. Feldwick, M.L.C., In-roroar-aill, diod at Wellington on Sunday, of p'euri-v. Mr Feldwick waa a young man o. moro than ordinary ment*l «ittainmonts, and was a great favourite with all who knew him. For wer a, year ho was a patient at tbe Cambridge S-nitorium, Waikato. News comes from Aust-raiia of tho death of Miss Myra Kornb.o (Mrs J. White), who died in the Melbourne Iks-pita) some day- ago. Miss KemEle was well-known in New Zealand, whioh slio toured somo years ago. One of her most popular pieces waa "Dr Bill." She arrived in Australia when about sirven yeajis of age from Ireland, and in hor best years was a charming actress. Fln>*-hod with Australian success she went to London, appearing: afc Mr Charles Wyndham's Wart End Tlieatre in "Man and the Woman," written for her by tho late Robert Buchanan, Mr Cyril Maude playing tho principal mole character in tiw piece. Miss Kemblc was.ono of the cleverest actresses Australia has produced.
