(4) that can be grc wn under fruit trees aTe limited to such as turnips, radishes, lettuce, salnd onions, cpinuch. celery, cabbages and carrots, all of which are grown either for the roots or tops. That which is usnd of pea*. boa.ne, scarlet runners, tomatoes, vegetable m*irow*, is the fruit of the plant, ar.d it is a well known fact that fruit or seed can opjy be had where light and Bunphino aro in abundanc-e.
